Under the culinary direction of Chef Elton, who leads both Il Villaggio and Duo, we operate a chef-driven, handcrafted kitchen creating nearly everything in-house using the finest ingredients. Our menu celebrates bold yet balanced Italian-inspired flavors, featuring fresh herbs, premium olive oil, seafood, house-made pastas, and timeless classics, all enhanced with subtle modern twists influenced by global cuisine.
