3. Reservations & Gift Cards

  • Reservations are facilitated through third-party provider OpenTable. Their terms apply to booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations.

  • Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable except as required by law. They are redeemable only at Duo Restaurant & Bar during regular business hours. No cash value except as required by applicable law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, photos, logos, menus) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it without express written permission.

5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., OpenTable, social media). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
